How much is shipping?

Shipping is $10 Australia wide.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our handmade candles are made to order so please allow 2-3 business days for the candle to be made and an additional 3-5 business days for the candle to be posted. Tracking information will be provided if you leave your email and mobile number upon checkout.

Do you offer a refund?

If you change your mind in regards to your order please promptly email us and we will endeavor to process the request, unfortunately if the order has been dispatched a refund isn't possible. If any of our products are faulty please email us at info@dandmcandleco.com and we will rectify the issue.

What are some basic candle care tips?

- Keep your candle on a flat, stable heat resistant surface

- Keep out of reach of children and pets

- Trim the wick to a height of ~5mm before each lighting

- Do not leave lit candle unattended

- Allow no more than 4hrs burning time

- Keep away from foreign or flammable materials
